We're simple people, so we try to keep our policies simple. We realize that not everything purchased is a winner, and so returns do happen. Here are the simple rules for a return:

1. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

2. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

3. Returns that do not adhere to rules 1 and 2 MAY be given a partial refund depending on product condition and return timing.

4. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your product has arrived damaged from Shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we may choose to provide a pre-paid return label or send a replacement item.

Closes very tightly for an airtight seal, works great to store my daily fresh coffee grounds.

I use this to store any overage of coffee grounds I have from the daily grinding of beans for my espresso maker. This is a small container which is what I wanted so I wouldn’t have excess air inside. The lid seals & locks down very tightly. There’s the white plastic part inside that you can use to sift smaller amounts through which I just removed as I don’t need that option. Great little air tight container.

Does what it claimed to do

The lid can take some getting use to because its attached to the tray at the bottom of the container. This is to lift and lower the produce in and out of the water required to keep it fresh. Personally I think a better design would have been to attach a stiff wire (or the like) to the center of the basket going straight up and ending in a finger size ring so you could submerge or pull out the basket manually. This would free the lid and solve the awkwardness.
THAT BEING SAID..I am very pleased with the look and feel and the fact that whatever produce I store in it has lasted 3 times longer.....easily.
