This is our lineup of foundry-poured Victoria cast iron, pre-seasoned and ready to cook the day it lands on your porch, plus a few specialty pieces the big-box shelf quietly stopped carrying. Skillets, reversible griddles, pizza comals in three sizes, and the little tools that keep them all happy.

  • EVERYDAY WORKHORSE - searing, frying, cornbread, a whole roast chicken. The Cast Iron Skillets by Victoria come in a range of sizes and handle about 90% of what a kitchen throws at them. If you buy one pan, buy this.
  • Pizza night at home? The Cast Iron Pizza Pan / Comal comes in 10, 12, and 15 inch and moonlights as a comal for tortillas, a flat-top for quesadillas, and a crust-crisper that gives any pizza stone a run for its money.
  • (Feeding a hungry crowd?) The reversible Cast Iron Griddles by Victoria give you a flat side for pancakes and grilled cheese and a ridged side for burgers and veggies with real grill marks.
  • Scared of the upkeep? Don't be. A Round Cast Iron Brush by OXO and a slip-on Silicone Handle are the only babysitting these pans ask for. No overnight soaks, no scrubbing marathons.

Here is the insider bit: Victoria seasons every pan with non-GMO flaxseed oil right at the foundry, so it shows up ready for eggs instead of sitting in a box like a science project.
