Great for soups, dips, and desserts

Bought these for chocolate lava cakes, worked great! Easy to clean after a short soak, cakes come out easily when ramekins are lightly oiled. Have used since as serving dishes for soups and dips and they worked great. As one would imagine, the outside of the dish gets very hot so if serving a hot soup or dip in the ramekin, it is best placed on another plate first. Overall good product.
