French Chef knife

A good knife is important. You don’t want a dull one. I also learned not to put a good knife in the dishwasher. Been using this one for a couple of weeks and enjoy it.

Nice knife, great price

You can spend 3 or 4 times as much for a knife that performs as well as this knife does. Nice size, extremely sharp, decent handle and very easy to sharpen when needed. I have a few of the RADA knives and they perform better than any knives that I have ever owned. I really like the resin handle over the aluminum.
