4. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your product has arrived damaged from Shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we may choose to provide a pre-paid return label or send a replacement item.

Love using this scoop for baking cookies. Finally my cookies will be all the same size! The scoop is easy to use and just as easy to clean.

Does what it is supposed to do

I purchased this cookie scoop in the small and medium sizes. I have only used the medium scoop so far but it worked well and was easy to wash. I have issues with my wrist and it was easy to use, even with cookie dough that had been chilled overnight. (I did set it out for half an hour to thaw but it was still pretty cold when I scooped it. The scoop had no issue there though.)

I baked a tray of holiday cookies; this tool was very useful!! I rubbed a very very thin “film” of olive oil into the bowl of scooper, which add it even easier to “release” dough onto cookie sheet.
