We ship all orders from our store in Muskegon, Michigan. Most products ship out within 1-2 business days from purchase. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Orders over $49 ship free. Orders less than $49 have a shipping and handling charge of $4.99 to help cover some of the cost of packaging and shipping. This allows us to continue offering low priced products at a reasonable price.

Returns -

We're simple people, so we try to keep our policies simple. We realize that not everything purchased is a winner, and so returns do happen. Here are the simple rules for a return:

1. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

2. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

3. Returns that do not adhere to rules 1 and 2 MAY be given a partial refund depending on product condition and return timing.

4. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your product has arrived damaged from Shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we may choose to provide a pre-paid return label or send a replacement item.

Followed instructions and worked great!

I've always ruined making rice on the stove if it wasn't instant rice. This turned out great. Will update if I come across issues but none so far.

Durable and easy to clean

I purchased as a replacement for a set I received 24 years ago as a gift. I was so happy to find a replacement. Dishwasher and heat safe and hoping as durable as first set.

multi use pot

i received this pot for a gift several years ago. i have used this not only to make very easy rice that comes out perfect. i make the rice and let it set till the rest of the meal is ready and it is still hot for quite awhile, i have made steamed veggies even corn on the cob, , steamed hot dogs, steamed hot dog rolls(put a little water in the bottom, put basket in add rolls put covers on as stated and steam for a minute or so they are like ball park hot dogs). i won't be without this pot. i do like that if you do steam buns just let it covered till ready to serve, they stay very warm for some time, it's like a little pressure cooker in there. be careful when opening, steam is HOT. makes a great gift..

This thing is a lifesaver. I probably use it every day. Does a wonderful job with rice pasta and just about anything. With a little practice You can even use it in place of dishes that normally require stove top directions.
