Rada Slotted Serving Spatula: Small Stainless Steel Server for Pies, Brownies and Cast Iron Pans
The Rada Server is a slotted stainless steel serving spatula built in Waverly, Iowa. One-piece stamped construction, silver satin aluminum handle, total length 8⅞ inches. Small enough to slip inside an 8-inch skillet, sturdy enough to plate a whole sheet pan of brownies.
Slots let butter and pan drippings drain back into the pan instead of hitching a ride onto the plate, which is why home cooks keep reaching for it to serve everything from cast-iron eggs to warm cookies straight off the sheet.
Slot happens - and this little server has your back
- Slotted stainless-steel head (about 3½ x 1⅝ inches): lifts brownies, cookies, hash browns and pancakes and lets the grease stay behind where it belongs.
- Scraping and cutting edge: doubles as a bench scraper and dessert cutter when your good cake server is buried under three tea towels.
- One-piece stamped construction: no rivets to loosen, no glue joint to fail. Flexes under pie crusts and pops right back into shape.
- Silver satin aluminum handle: lightweight, balanced and easy on the wrist through a whole batch of cookies.
- 8⅞-inch total length: long enough for reach, short enough for a small fry pan or a cast-iron skillet you don't want scratched by an oversized turner.
- Made in Waverly, Iowa since 1948: stamped from American steel by the same family-scale operation that has been making Rada tools for over 75 years.
- Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects: buy the one you'd want to hand down.
What the Rada Server actually does in a working kitchen
Roughly half our Rada Server customers are replacing one their mom or grandma had, and the other half are finally retiring the flimsy hardware-store spatula they've been putting up with for years. It's the kind of tool you don't think about until you use it, and then you order a second one for the cabin.
Why Kooi Housewares carries this
Kooi Housewares stocks the tools we'd hand our own families, and Rada is the anchor of the American-made shelf. Waverly, Iowa still stamps this server the same way it did in 1948, and we get more "my mom had one of these" notes about this slotted little server than almost anything else on the site. That's the kind of loyalty we build a lineup around.
