The "A Perfect Day" pattern from Reston Lloyd puts a hand-illustrated lighthouse scene right where your coil burners used to be. Blue sky, coastal shoreline, a red-roofed lighthouse standing guard - it turns a dated electric range into a little seaside vignette every time you flip the stove off.
